Welcome to Shranz Fall Tour And Travels. By booking a tour, utilizing our services, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
1. Booking and Payments
Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment of 40% to 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking and hold hotel reservations. The exact percentage may vary based on peak season demands.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared upon your arrival in Srinagar or as specified in your booking confirmation.
Pricing: All quoted prices are based on current tariffs. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of unforeseen tax increases, fuel price hikes, or fluctuations in hotel rates prior to your final booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while covering the costs we incur with our hotel and transport partners:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as processing fees.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival (or No Shows): No refund will be issued (100% cancellation fee).
Gondola & Flight Tickets: Any flight tickets or Gulmarg Gondola tickets booked through us are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airlines and government authorities. These are often non-refundable.
3. Itinerary Changes and Flexibility
Unforeseen Alterations: Shranz Fall Tour And Travels reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary before or during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, landslides, road closures, or security protocols.
Local Union Rules: In destinations like Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonmarg, local transport union regulations dictate that our primary Srinagar-based vehicles cannot be used for internal sightseeing (e.g., Aru Valley, Zero Point). Guests must hire local union taxis at these locations. Unless explicitly stated in the "Inclusions," these charges are to be borne by the guest.
4. Force Majeure
We cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays, alterations, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes acts of God, natural disasters, heavy snowfall, avalanches, flight cancellations, strikes, political disturbances, or curfews.
In such events, any additional costs incurred (such as extra hotel nights or alternative transport) must be borne by the traveler. We will, however, provide our absolute best support and assistance to ensure your safety and comfort.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
Identification: All guests (adults and children) must carry a valid, original government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) for hotel check-ins and airport security.
Foreign Nationals: International travelers must possess a valid Passport and Indian Visa, and may be required to register at local checkpoints.
6. Liability
Shranz Fall Tour And Travels acts solely in the capacity of an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or delay caused by the negligence or default of any third-party supplier.
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and valuables. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or your tour, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
